Chef Alex Forsythe – Private Chef Services
Terms of Service – revision 6/11/2022
- Booking & Payment:
- A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure Chef Alex Forsythe’s services.
- An additional 10% payment is due within one week of the initial booking.
- The final 30% payment, including any applicable taxes and additional fees, is due 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
- Jet catering services require full payment upfront and are non-refundable.
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the service date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the initial 60% deposit.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date are non-refundable.
- Jet catering services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Chef’s Responsibilities:
- Chef Alex Forsythe will arrive at the designated location on time and prepared to provide the agreed-upon culinary services.
- Chef Alex Forsythe will use his best judgment and expertise to create a memorable dining experience.
- Chef Alex Forsythe will maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Client’s Responsibilities:
- The client will provide a suitable and safe kitchen space for Chef Alex Forsythe to work.
- The client will ensure all necessary ingredients and equipment are available as discussed prior to the service date.
- The client will communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
- Additional Terms:
- Chef Alex Forsythe reserves the right to refuse service to any client at his discretion.
- Chef Alex Forsythe is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the service.
- Any disputes arising from these terms of service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
By booking Chef Alex Forsythe’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
