Touring as a chef
Reply #3 on : Sat May 09, 2009, 13:43:22
Hi Evan,
I am a young, aspiring personal chef and I recently discovered this site and read your profile. I am super curious as to how you got started catering on the road. One of my favorite musicians is Jason Mraz and I know that he's vegetarian/vegan, and since I specialize in that type of cuisine, I wanted to try to get on his "bus".
Any advice or clues as to where to start?
Thanks in advance for your time!

~Cheers,
Virginia

Good morning, we are looking to hire chef services (main chef and helper chef)to serve in the main estate house at cotton bay golf club in Eleuthera, Bahamas.
We have used chef services for the last three years in St. Marteen, Anguilla and Puerto Rico.
This year, my family, (15-17 people) will gather at my parent´s estate in Eleuthera, Bahamas and it is interested to hire this type of service again.
We are in possibility of offering lodge within the estate for the chefs.
we will need breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the main house within the estate.
Breakfast must be prepared for 10-12 people, and lunch and dinner for 15-17 people. Since the family is spread all around the world we will know by December , the exact number of people attending.
The approximate dates are :
From December 20, 2008 through january 3rd, 2009
Please let us know if you might be interested as well as the conditions of the contract.
